we’ll be having our hand-over ceremony together with farewell on wednesday (20 may). all to meet at 3.15pm, venue at LT3. oh everyone’s to wear school tie too, so we’ll look smart when we take photos! (don’t forget cameras!)

hello!

next wed’s meeting (6th may) is relatively different from before.

for j1s, the meeting is at your own time, own target. you’re free to discuss anything without the presence of j2s. but do use the time wisely to prepare for invest & farewell. feel free to use venues 5-56 or 3-48 (whichever that is not occupied). a reminder to bring a whiteboard marker along if you plan to use the board. please email us the rough timeline of your plans for invest/farewell by thursday 2359hrs together with your selected emcees for the event so that we can match with our plans. email us at: nyjc-house-exco-08@googlegroups.com
