Hello Exco,

Our CCA Certificate has missing details. Please makes the changes and submit to school by thursday, 11th March 2010!

These are the following changes you should add (I extracted it from our gmail):

House Appointment
1. Change member to your role/ positions
2. House Exco Camp 2009 (Position, Eg. Games Committee)
3. Chinese New Year Celebrations 2009 (Position)
4. National Day Celebrations 2008 (Position)
5. CCA Bazaar 2009 (Position)
6. Sports Carnival 2008 (Position)
7. Sports Carnival 2009 – Nanyang Run (Position)

School Appointment
1. National Inter School ‘A’ Division Volleyball Championship (Cheering)
2. Orientation 2009 telematch (Facilitators)

Exco Brunch

Hello exco!

We’ll be having an exco brunch on 5th March, 1pm at Happy Duck rice near school.

I have already sent out mass text messages, so please reply to let me know if you can or can’t make it.

We finally had a gathering. Although not full attendance, but hey, majority turned up.

Dinner at a fancy Italian restaurant was a good experience, but not cool when the bill came.

We had an exco outing on 2 Jan at Sentosa. Although only a few of us turned up, it was a fun-filled trip since Mamahen planned it! Hopefully, more people will turn up at the next outing.

next wed’s meeting (6th may) is relatively different from before.

for j1s, the meeting is at your own time, own target. you’re free to discuss anything without the presence of j2s. but do use the time wisely to prepare for invest & farewell. feel free to use venues 5-56 or 3-48 (whichever that is not occupied). a reminder to bring a whiteboard marker along if you plan to use the board. please email us the rough timeline of your plans for invest/farewell by thursday 2359hrs together with your selected emcees for the event so that we can match with our plans. email us at: nyjc-house-exco-08@googlegroups.com
